This condo is special because of its unique beach-front location, steps away from the surf in a low-profile development within a protected Biosphere.  Relax in comfort while the sea view, the wildlife, and a sense of peace reconnect you with nature.

Guests have been delighted by Dolphin sightings, spotting a Mayan Mot Mot, a beach fox, or a group of coatimundi. One recent Guest was lucky enough to witness an endangered Sea Turtle laying her eggs on the beach near the condo! But if nothing exotic appears, you will definitely be entertained by hummingbirds and pelicans diving for fish.

The beach is fine sand with a gentle slope far out into the water.  Wonderful for swimming—or just bobbing about!  If you are a “shelling” enthusiast, you will be delighted with the number of shells, depending on the day.

Our development is 4km. from the fishing village of Celestun, so you won’t run into a lot of people on the beach.  It’s a place for nature-lovers and adventurers.  In Celestun you can buy basic supplies, enjoy a variety of restaurants, and take boat tours to see thousands of pink flamingos in season, or through the mangroves to see countless birds and mammals most any time of year.

Because of our isolated location, renting a car is advised.
